These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) cover your use of Strengthandlight.com and everything offered through it — memberships, courses, community spaces, downloads, and other content (together, the “Services”). The Services are run by Juliet Rose Boutique DBA Strength and Light (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, joining a community, or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Services.

Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.

Who can use the Services

You need to be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and current.

Accessing the Website and Account Security

We may change, pause, or pull back any part of the Website or the Services we provide at any time, for any reason, and without giving you a heads-up. We aren’t liable if the Services are unavailable for any stretch of time, and we might occasionally limit access to certain areas or the entire platform, even for those with an account.

You are responsible for:

Setting up everything you need on your end to get online and access the Website.
Making sure anyone using your internet connection to visit the Website knows about these Terms and follows them.

To use our resources, you might need to register or share some details. For our Services to work, the info you provide must be accurate and up to date. Anything you share during registration or through our community features is handled according to our Privacy Policy, and by using the Services, you’re okay with how we manage that data.

If you have a username or password, keep it private. Your account is for you alone — please don’t let others use your login to get into the platform. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. It’s a good idea to log out after each session, especially on a public computer. We can disable your login at any time if we believe you’ve broken these Terms.

Memberships, billing, and renewals

We offer paid options, including the Going Deeper membership ($27 per month or $197 per year) and seasonal cohort programs such as Raise Him on Purpose. Current prices and what each option includes are shown at checkout.

Paid memberships are billed in advance and renew automatically — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — using the payment method on file, until you cancel. Cohort programs are one-time purchases for that specific enrollment unless stated otherwise.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We don’t see or store your full card number. If a payment fails, we may pause or end your access until it’s resolved.

We may change prices or what’s included in a membership. If we do, the change applies to your next billing cycle, and we’ll give you notice beforehand.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a recurring membership at any time from your account or by contacting us. When you cancel, your access stays active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be billed again after that. Monthly plans run to the end of the current month; annual plans run to the end of the current year.

Payments are non-refundable. We don’t offer refunds or partial credits for unused time, including after a renewal. If you’re dealing with a genuine financial hardship, reach out to us directly and we’ll see what we can do — but that’s a personal accommodation, not a refund policy you’re entitled to.

Community guidelines

Our community spaces are meant to be supportive and safe. When you take part, keep it kind and respectful. Don’t post anything hateful, harassing, threatening, illegal, or that isn’t yours to share, and don’t use the community to promote unrelated products or services.

We may remove posts or remove someone from the community if they break these guidelines, at our discretion.

Our content

Everything you see here—the text, software, graphics, videos, and overall design—belongs to Strength + Light or the people we license it from. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws both in the U.S. and abroad. The Strength + Light name, our logo, and any related branding or slogans are our trademarks. You can’t use them without asking us first. Any other brand names or logos you see on the site belong to their respective owners.

You’re welcome to use our Website for your own personal, non-commercial growth. Please don’t copy, share, or change our content unless it falls under one of these specific exceptions:

Your computer might temporarily keep copies in its memory just so you can view the site.
Your browser can cache files to help the site load and look better.
You can print or download a single copy of a few pages for your own private use, as long as you don’t plan to publish or distribute them elsewhere.
If we offer specific apps for download, you can keep one copy on your device for your personal use, provided you follow the app’s specific license agreement.
For content with social media buttons, you’re free to use those features as they were intended.

Under no circumstances should you:

Edit or change any copies of our materials.
Pull images, videos, or audio away from the text they belong with.

If you break these rules—by printing, copying, or sharing things you shouldn’t—your right to use Strength + Light ends immediately. At our request, you’ll need to either return or destroy any copies you’ve made. We aren’t handing over any ownership or rights to you; everything stays with us. Misusing the site isn’t just a breach of these Terms—it could also be a legal issue involving copyright and trademark laws.

Buying from us and other terms

Purchasing items or services through our Website, or any other transactions you make while visiting, may be subject to additional conditions. Specific sections or features of the platform might also have their own rules. By using those parts of the site, you agree that those extra terms are part of this agreement.

Linking and social sharing

You are welcome to link to our homepage, as long as you do it fairly and legally without hurting our reputation. However, please don't set up a link that suggests we are partners or that we endorse you unless we've given you our written okay.

This one matters, so read it closely. Strength + Light offers faith-based encouragement, parenting tools, and community support. It is not professional advice. Nothing here is a substitute for care from a qualified medical, mental health, legal, or financial professional, and using the Services doesn’t create any kind of professional or counseling relationship.

If you or your child are in crisis or need professional help, please contact a licensed provider or your local emergency services. Parenting is personal, and every family is different, so we can’t and don’t promise any particular result for you or your son.

Third-party services

We rely on outside tools to run the Services, including our hosting platform and payment processor, and we sometimes link to other websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we’re not responsible for how they operate or for the content on sites we link to.

Ending access

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Services. If we end your access for a violation, you won’t be entitled to a refund.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t guarantee the Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Where liability can’t be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
