We want your shopping experience at Strength + Light to be amazing! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that sorted out for you!
- Unfortunately, since all shirts are hand printed to order, we do not accept returns on products but would be happy to exchange it for store credit.
- Exchanges should be postmarked 20 days from the delivery date.
- If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving store credit.
- Please note that last chance/sale items or mystery/bundle packs, gifts with purchase, and drinkware, are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.
- All exchange items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original sewn in tags still intact.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We encourage you to hang on to your tracking number for your return as this can help us provide a specific estimate for when you can expect your gift card code to be processed.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A gift card notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note, discount codes used when purchasing affect the amount paid for each item.
- Different orders can be sent together; please know each order will receive a separate gift card code.
*Please allow 2-5 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
Because all of our items are handprinted to order, we only allow cancellations up to 12 hours after your order is placed. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.
Items purchased with the Sezzle payment method are eligible for a gift card code as long as they are within our return guidelines. Placing an exchange will not alter your Sezzle payments.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit, you will need to contact USPS for that!
